For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related chas4d policies unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the chas4d Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are an individual person (not a corporation or automated agent) and are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of chas4d or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such persons;
• You are not on any government sanctions list or subject to any restriction that would prohibit you from entering into a binding legal agreement;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or banned from the Platform under any prior account.

chas4d reserves the right to decline registration or suspend accounts where eligibility requirements cannot be satisfactorily verified. Residency or access from certain territories may be restricted at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

To access real-money gaming services on chas4d, you are required to complete the registration process and create a Member account. The following conditions govern account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each Member is permitted to hold only one active account on the chas4d Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through associated parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. chas4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any pending wagers will be settled according to standard game rules, and remaining balances subject to satisfactory KYC verification will be returned to your registered payment method.

chas4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme to protect against fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other prohibited activities. KYC verification may be required:

• Before processing any withdrawal request;
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds;
• When account activity triggers our internal risk-management alerts;
• At any time at chas4d's discretion as part of ongoing compliance monitoring.

4.1 Acceptable Identity Documents

Documents accepted for identity verification include, but are not limited to: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid Indonesian passport, and Indonesian driver's licence (SIM). For address verification, we may accept recent utility bills, bank statements from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri dated within the last three months, or official government correspondence.

4.2 Verification Timeline

chas4d will endeavour to complete standard KYC verification within two to five business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. We may request additional documentation if submitted materials are unclear, inconsistent, or insufficient to satisfy our verification requirements.

All financial transactions on the chas4d Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). chas4d supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of local Indonesian payment channels for the convenience of our Members.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

chas4d currently supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Payment methods available to a specific Member may vary based on account verification status, transaction history, and operational availability at the time of the transaction. chas4d reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment channels without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's banking page and are subject to change. As a general guide, the minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 and the minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000, though these figures may vary by payment method and Member account tier.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB) are typically processed within five minutes for verified accounts. Requests submitted outside these hours or flagged for additional review may take longer. chas4d does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party banking systems, e-wallet providers, or national holidays.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following standard conditions:

• The Member's account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal is processed;
• Funds originating from a Bonus must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the Member's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• chas4d reserves the right to apply a minimum turnover requirement to deposits prior to withdrawal approval, to prevent the abuse of payment system arbitrage.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another account;
• Each promotional offer specifies its own wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement), which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will be forfeited automatically;
• chas4d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Members may only claim each specific promotion once unless the promotion explicitly states that recurring claims are permitted.

6.2 Abuse and Fraud Prevention

Any Member found to be exploiting bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion will have their bonus revoked, their account suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited. chas4d's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.

6.3 Seasonal and Event Promotions

chas4d may offer time-limited promotional campaigns tied to seasonal events and Indonesian cultural occasions. These include, but are not limited to, campaigns during Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting events such as the AFF Cup, BRI Liga 1 finals, and the UEFA Champions League knockout rounds. Specific terms for each campaign will be published alongside the relevant promotion.

chas4d provides a diverse gaming catalogue including live casino, slots, sports betting, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery). Each product category operates under its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or product section of the Platform.

7.1 Certified Random Number Generation

All virtual casino games offered through chas4d's software provider partners — including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. chas4d does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including football (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile) — are governed by the sportsbook rules published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a settled market, the result recorded by chas4d's official data provider shall be deemed final.

7.3 Togel and Lottery Products

Results for togel draws are sourced directly from the official output of the relevant lottery organisers (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau). chas4d does not control or influence draw results. In the event of a discrepancy between results displayed on the Platform and the official source, the official source result shall prevail.

7.4 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a software malfunction, network interruption, or technical error that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, chas4d reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's account balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably faulty game session may be withheld pending investigation. chas4d's decision on such matters is final and binding.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the chas4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously or consecutively;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other Members, Platform employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform features;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any Member who identifies a Platform error must report it to support immediately rather than exploit it;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access chas4d's proprietary source code or back-end systems;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses chas4d staff or other Members.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings;

• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Members may apply for permanent self-exclusion, which prevents any future access to the Platform;

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any Platform content without express written permission;
• Using chas4d's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or software;
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of chas4d intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, chas4d's total liability to any Member — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

chas4d shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or chas4d had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of stored information;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, server failures, or scheduled maintenance;
• Losses caused by third-party payment processing delays, banking system outages, or e-wallet provider errors;
• Losses resulting from a Member's failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain adequate account security.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which chas4d is registered and operates.

In the event of a dispute between chas4d and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict chas4d's right to seek urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require immediate action to prevent irreparable harm.

chas4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify active Members via their registered email address or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the chas4d Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
